En tant que doula, j’adopte une approche holistique intégrant la naturopathie, rebozo, l’acupression et la médecine chinoise pour un soutien périnatal complet. Mon objectif est de faciliter un accouchement positif en harmonisant bien-être physique, émotionnel et énergétique.
